Incredibly beautiful grounds with woodland walks. Pre-dinner drinks on the terrace created a lovely atmosphere to mingle with fellow guests. The three-course dinner, highlighted by really good sourdough bread, was a culinary delight. Despite a challenging room layout and limited space in the junior suite, the warm hospitality offered by the staff was appreciated.

Fabulous, stylish hotel, there's lovely pool and location is lovely to the Euro tunnel. The room is wonderfully decorated, romantic comes with sunken bath, coffees, as example. Really helpful staff and really make it a good place to stay.

The room access was quite difficult due to the 52-step spiral staircase, posing a challenge for some guests. The dining table collapsing mid-meal and receiving no apology was disappointing and really set a negative tone for the evening.

Charming getaway with lovely hosts
We spent a night here and totally loved it! The gardens are fine and the pool was perfect for a dip. Dinner was good with great portions, and the pre-dinner drinks really set the mood. Just wish the room was a bit bigger. It felt a bit tight. Such a lovely experience and can't wait to return!

I fell in love with the beautiful grounds that stretched around the château. The serene atmosphere made it a lovely spot for evening strolls. The Superior Suite delivered in charm, with an elegant décor that felt mad really like stepping back in time. We had a splendid dinner prepared with local ingredients that left us wanting more, especially the pre-dinner drinks on the terrace, a good touch. The 52-step spiral staircase to our suite was quite a workout. Not ideal for everyone. There was a noticeable lack of air conditioning was nice. The absence of a coffee table in the room rather hindered a cozy dinner experience with room service. Still, the warm hospitality shone through. All in all, some areas needed a bit of upgrading, but the overall charm was undeniable.

Pre-dinner drinks served on the terrace allowed us to soak in the serene evening ambiance, and the culinary quality of the dinners was exquisite, offering an eclectic menu prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
While the overall experience was amazing, the lack of air conditioning made hot nights a bit challenging.
